The Secured Income Fund II was developed due to the growing demand from investors who desire a combination of higher than average returns with diversification secured by real estate.
The Private Capital Fund exists for California investors who wish to invest in a mortgage pool, which provides the benefits of trust deed investments without the limitations of managing these investments on their own. This fund has been very successful for California Investors. The Secured Income Fund is similar to the Private Capital Fund except that investors do not have to reside in the state of California in order to take advantage of our family of funds that invests in trust deeds/mortgage pools no matter where they, the investor, resides.
